Hello, I was staying in Los Angeles with my husband through 2019 ～ 2020.

It seems that different people divide by 20 or 22 days per month, but which is the standard? Which is the standard or close to the exact number?
Example annual salary $ 60000
60000 ÷ 12 ÷ 20 ÷ 8 = 31.25
60000 ÷ 12 ÷ 22 ÷ 8 = 28.40
Maybe it is 21 days... ？
Or is there another way to calculate this?

I used to get unemployment insurance, but have not applied for it since I started working again, but now I have decided to reduce the number of hours I work per week by about half.
I heard that I can apply for unemployment insurance for the reduced hours, but I am not sure if the craim method is the same.
