For June 15, $ I received a
50 refund ($ 25x2) in about a week from US Bank, but
for August 15, today （ September 16, ） there is still no refund.

When I called US Bank's Japanese service on Aug. 25,
a woman with solid Japanese explained it to me politely.

She told me that
they are working on an automated program
for refunds, but until then it will be a manual process
which will take time.

He also said
that we will be notified in writing if the refund is cancelled.

Has anyone already received a refund for August 15

I am currently driving with a California Driver License with a provisional license. I am planning to take the driving test soon to get my real license, but I don't know anyone who has a driver's license.
