I asked Sook Hi's Alteration to lengthen a t-shirt and they processed it with a lock sewing machine + straight stitches, which made the fabric unwearable because it would not stretch. I learned that public schools in Hawaii have large differences in academic achievement and environment depending on the area, and many people choose to go private.

I have a renewal acceptance letter for 24 months
If I don't receive my new card after 24 months

. I got a message saying that my acceptance letter will expire next April but it is being processed so don't inquire until November.
