以前ロサンゼルスのコミュニティカレッジに通っていたのですが、2014年9月12日に成績不良の為、ターミネートされました。
2014年秋セメスターのクラスをフルタイムで登録し、学費を払い、12月まで学校に通っていたのに、9月にターミネートされるなんて可能なのでしょうか？
ちなみにターミネートされたことは秋セメスターが終わった後、12月か1月にinternational student office に行った時に口頭で知らされました。9月にターミネートされたという事はかなりオーバーステイした事になりますよね？
コミカレのinternational student officeに何度も問い合わせましたが、成績不良の為9月12日にターミネートしました、と一度返事が来ただけです。
今後入国、ビザ永住権申請等に影響するのでどうにかしたいのですがどうにかならないのでしょうか？それとも学校がした事は何も問題ないのでしょうか？

今後に響くと思うなら評判のよい移民弁護士雇ってきちんと対処した方がよいのでは。こんなところで素人の意見聞いても時間の無駄だと思う。

実際に成績不良だった為、ターミネートされた事は納得、理解できます。
ですが、12月に終わった秋セメスターに登録していて学費も払ったのに9月にターミネートなんて可能なのでしょうか？多分、インターの人が12月、成績が出た後にターミネートしたと思うのですが、12月に成績が出た後に9月にターミネートした事にされても、オーバーステイした事は自分ではどうにもなりませんよね？
学校がした事が問題なければ、成績不良だった自分が悪いので諦めますが、学校がした事が明らかにおかしいなら弁護士雇って対処します。
