H1-b visaを２００２年の５月に申請したのですが、いくら待っても来なくて困っています。どなたか最近取得された方いらっしゃいますか？？その場合どのくらい待ちましたか？また、早く取れるようにするためのアドバイスなどありましたら、どんな小さな情報でも結構なのでお願いします。

俺も去年の８月に申請して、まだ待っている状態だからあんたの気持ちはよくわかる。
俺が弁護士に聞いたところ、現在ＩＮＳは２００２年５月に申請された書類に取り掛かっているそうだ。てことは丁度あんたの書類を審査中ということだろう。順調にいけば、今月末にはなんらかの結果はでるはずだ。
どうも「１０００ドル余分に払って、書類申請を２週間で終えます」サービスが始まってから、通常申請の審査時間がのびのびになっている気がする。俺もいいかげん、１０００ドル余分に払ってプロセスを早くしてもらおうかと思っている最中だ。まぁＨ１−Ｂの申請中はプラクティカルビザが切れた後でも働かなければアメリカにはいることはできる。生活費に余裕があるんだったら、ビザが下りるまでアメリカにいるのは別に問題じゃないんだ。
ただもしそんなに待てないんなら１０００ドル余分に払うしかないんだが、上にも書いたようにあなたのビザはそろそろ下りてもいいころらしい。もちろん断言もできないがな。

そうだな、俺もあんただったら１０００ドルなんて馬鹿らしくて払う気になれない。
とにかくそのビザの申請の手続きをしている弁護士に、自分のビザの進行状況を何度も聞いてみることだ。俺もあんたも決して安くない金を払って弁護士に依頼しているんだから、しつこいくらい聞いたって何も問題ない。俺の弁護士は出来た人なんで、メールで聞いたらいろいろ返事はしてくれるから、自分の状況もそれなりに把握できている。俺にできるアドバイスはこれくらいだな。まぁお互い頑張ろうや。

こんちは、おれも９月後半から１０月にＨ１Ｂ申請者です。早めに社長がスピードアップの金を払ってくれたんで早く降りるらしいんですが、まだ来ません。
一度追加書類を１２月中旬に提出したらしいのですが、やっぱトータルではやくて４ヶ月はかかるのかなぁ。
