Yesterday on 9/20 news KTLA was broadcasting that a young man was arrested. Video shows him kicking and punching a large black poodle who is terrified. But he seems to be holding back, kicking and nipping once or twice.

The man looks like a normal looking young man, healthy looking, not a bad guy who would get arrested 🤔

I think a long time ago it was quite common for Japanese men to throw tantrums and treat animals roughly.
This is an example of something that can be done freely in Japan but is not allowed in the US.
