あと一年ほどで、4年生大学を卒業する予定ですが、この不景気で外国人の雇用ビザが下り難くなっているという噂は本当でしょうか?
年齢は24です。
専攻はビジネスです。特に秀でた才能などはありません。就職経験もありません。
卒業した友人たちはぞくそくと日本に帰って行きます。
日本に帰ることも視野に入れ始めていますが、出来ればこちらで就職してみたいと思っています。
H-1ビザは本当に下り難くなっているのでしょうか?

H1-Bを申請しているという事で、最低限の専門職などの技術があった上での話です。

その他の皆さんのレスもじっくり読んで、すごく参考になりました。
アメリカに残って働きたいなら、大学の専攻から慎重に選ばなければいけないんですね。

へ〜全員違う弁護士でどの弁護士も俺が言ってた事を言われてなかったですか?
だったらうちの妻が騙された? 大学の専攻も同じでアメリカで卒業し就職したのも勉強したまんまのプロフェッションでH-1 visaを持っていましたが、去年書き換えの時に上記で俺が書いた事柄を言われ、でも今まで持ってたんだから、とそのままファイルしましたが普通に俺が上記で書いた理由で却下されましたよ。
しかし上記で＃１５さんが書かれている事充分満たしていましたし、プラスオンで経験もありだったんですけどね、、、
＃１５さんが言うのが本当であれば弁護士にクレームしないとですね。
