引っ越しを検討していて、いくつか新しいアパートのマネージャーに
今すぐ入ってくれる人しか受け付けませんと言われてしまいます。
けれど、今住んでいるアパートには３０日noticeしなければいけませんので、
今すぐ入れと言われると、今のアパートに一ヶ月分無駄に払わなければいけません。
普通どこも３０日noticeがあるかと思うのですが、
このように言われるのはよくあることなのでしょうか。
どうしてもそこに入居したい場合、一ヶ月分無駄でも支払うと思いますが、
もしこのように言われてしまうのが当たり前なら、
皆さん家賃を重複して払っていらっしゃるのだろうかと疑問に思い、相談しました。
重複して払うのが嫌で断っていたらいつまでも引っ越せないものでしょうか?
どうぞ宜しくお願いします。

「今すぐ入ってくれる人しか受け付けません」といわないアパートを探せばいいのでは?
アパートなんて、いくらでもあります。
もしくは、「今すぐ」と言ってるアパートに入りたいのであれば、１ヶ月古いアパートに入居したい人をここで募集する、とかしてみてはどうですか
