Hi ！
I work in Waikiki, but I live far from town and I really need to drive to work. And my job has no parking.
And I work an on-call job. Ala Wai and other places are not available every time and I can't be late because I'm in customer service and it's very stressful to find parking every time.

So ！ I was wondering if there is anyone in Waikiki who has a parking space attached to their house but is not using it and would be willing to rent it to me for a reasonable fee. Each workday is from 2 to 4 hours. The number of days also varies, but it is around 10 days.

I could just rent a regular monthly parking lot, but I have a small child and can't work that much, so I don't feel like paying for expensive parking ….

I was checking my reservations for Delta's Honolulu
Haneda － flight starting in December for my return home for the New Year's holiday.
However, about a week ago, this flight stopped showing up in my search.

I called Delta and was told that due to the weak yen,
Honolulu － Haneda flights are not expected to start until March.

This has not been announced yet, so there may be some changes in the future, but we hope this will be helpful.

I have been saving my Delta miles to take advantage of the Honolulu － Nagoya flights, but
even Haneda flights are in this situation, so it may take some time before Nagoya flights resume.
I am also disappointed that the 2-year discount I got by using my credit card will expire in January next year.

This time, I booked JAL's Honolulu － direct flight to Nagoya, hoping to buy a ticket before the fuel surcharge goes up.

We have applied to St. Clements, Midpac, St. Andrews, Central Union, Unity School, and Montessori Community School, which are all called "test preschools".
As of now, we have received acceptance letters from Central Union and Midpac.

Last year, Central Union was 1.1 times the number of students and as a result we all got in, but this year, after Corona, it was 3.5 times the number of students, but we were lucky to get in.

Midpac seemed to have a lower ratio this year and a number of people around me were accepted. I was accepted after the announcement last week and I have not yet processed my deposit.

Unity School and Montessori are about to announce, but honestly, I am in a situation where I don't know where to go.

Central Union seems to be teaching more and more, not academically, recently, and the acceptance rate of Punahou and Iolani has been dropping very low, but Montessori and Unity School seem to be so academic that they don't need a private school.
