私は元々口数が少なく受動的なタイプなのですが、夫の言葉に長年傷ついてきたのが溜まって最近気がついたら死ぬことばかり考えています。アメリカ人の夫は良い人の面も持ち合わせているものの、自分にストレスがある時は私にイライラする様で、I hope you die soon ,stupid, idiot ,disgusting, You're worthless , You can't do anything right等ありとあらゆる言葉を理屈を込めてとしつこく私が崩れ落ちるまで続けます。もう長年の事なので本人は日常のボキャブラリーで子供の前や私の日本の家族が来ている時にも平気で私を怒鳴りつけます。旦那がうるさいのでこの十数年友人もつくっていません。すみませんここで自分の気持ちをだしてみたくなりました。話を聞いてくれてありがとうございました。

私の主人は日本人なのですが、毎日毎日、暴言を吐いています。子供にも同じように馬鹿野郎、この野郎、お前なんかとっとと死んでしまえ!と怒鳴り続けており、私も死と向き合っている毎日を送っています。なのでお気持ちが良くわかります。今私は思い切って自分の他の人生を歩めるような方法論を考えています。いつかは変わってくれる、気づいてくれると思い続けてきましたが、所詮変わらないのだ、自分が悪いことをしているのだと気づくことすらないんだという事を悟りました。だから我慢して自身を殺すことよりも、人生再生できるんだ、これが終着点じゃないんだという事に奮起して下さい。

悩んでる人にこんなことを言うのはなんですが、離婚、カウンセリング、別居など大人は自分で自分のことを決められます。 犠牲者は子供です。 悩んでないですぐにカウンセリングを受けて最良の方向をみつけてください。 バイオレンス（言葉も）については無料の相談所がたくさんあります。 こんな環境の子供はアビューザーになるというのもよく聞きます。 我慢してるというのは本当は子供のためですか? 子供のために立ち上がってください。 批判してるのでなく、応援してるつもりです。がんばって。
