Vivinavi Los Angelesニューヨークからロスアンゼルスに移住した方

現在ニューヨークに住んでいます。
狭くて綺麗とは言い難いアパートに高い家賃を払い、
高い物価の中で慎ましく暮らしていますが、
毎月カツカツの生活で、子供の大学費用も捻出できそうもなく、
このままだと10年後を考えても変わらない生活だと思い
将来の展望も見出せないでいます。
夫婦で技術職なので、一層のこと、
食生活や気候、日本に近いなどの理由から
ロスアンゼルスに移住しようかと考えています。
ニューヨークからロス他西側へ移住された方、
そのメリットやデメリット、またアドバイスなどありましたら
教えてください。よろしくお願いします。

月に２７００ドルでネズミゴキ、キッチンは2人立てるか、シャワーブースのみ、トイレはよく詰まって、ランドリーもなく、夜はうるさく、夏は暑くて死にそうでした。
幾ら何でもひどすぎる。

ニューヨーク全体がゴキブリとネズミの住処なので大変ですよね。
綺麗なビルの中にもネズミは出るし。
こっちじゃゴキはたまに見かけても、ネズミは今のところ見たことないです。
