引っ越して1週間です。大家に下記の嫌がらせをされています。ちなみに大家は75歳の韓国人女性です。
１）オーブンを使いたいといったら、新築で誰も使っていないオーブンをあなたの為にあけてやったと嫌味を言われました。
２）皿1枚朝仕事行く時あらわないでシンクにおいていったら、汚くキッチンをつかっていると文句を言われた
３）かったばかりの掃除機を使っていたら、床が傷むからほうきを使えといわれた
４）ゲートキーをコピーするから貸してとウソをつかれてゲートリモートをとられた。賃貸契約書に＄３０リモートデポジットを
払っており、契約書にも書いてあるようにリモートを持っている権利があると苦情をいったら翌日キッチンにおいてあった。
５）友人が来たときに車を敷地内にとめさせてないように、ゲートを手動に切り替え車が入れないようにする
６）キッチンの調味料がおいていた場所から違う場所に移動されている。
などの嫌がらせをうけてます。
こういうのってハラスメントになりますよね？

自分のランチを作ろうとして、シンクに他人が食べた後の汚い皿が毎日あったらウンザリでしょう？
わたしも２０歳前半の頃はわからなかったな〜

お皿を洗わずにシンクは自宅ならいいけどルームレントの身では常識はずれだし。ルールをつくるといっても生活上色んなことが出てくるんだから、台所は綺麗に、くらいは書いてもすべてを想定していちいち契約書に書くのは不可能。あと男女は全然関係ない。男がだらしないのしょうがないってどういう根拠よ？そんなの許してくれるのはお母さんだけ。

女差別的な発言をするのは明らかに高齢な人でしょ？今の時代女だからとかあんま言わない。けど、やっぱ女らしいしたたかな女に男は弱いけどね。

皿1枚置きっぱなしにしてることの良し悪しを言ってるんじゃなくて、皿1枚置きっぱなしにしただけで男ならまだしも女なら終わってると言う事がおかしいと言ってるの。少なくともアメリカでは。皿1枚置きっぱなしにしてるのがおかしいと思うなら、男でも女でも皿置きっぱなしにしてはおかしいと思うべき。皿洗いくらい男女関係ない。
育児関連とかもっと複雑な事で「男ならまだしも」とか言うならまだわかるかもしれないけど。
