現在H1bからGCに切り替えてる者です。昨日弁護士に逮捕歴があるならその証明を出せといわれたのですが、どうやらサーティファイドコートレコードというものを取得しなければいけないようです。3年前にサンタモニカで酒気帯び運転(DUIではなく)で捕まり罰金を払いました。この場合、この手の分野の弁護士を雇わないと取得できないのでしょうか?裁判所に電話してもつながらず、途方に暮れています。。現在オハイオに住んでいるので現地まで行くのは難しいです。もしご存知の方いたら、教えてください。

先月まで、買い物をした時に、月～金 10ドル以上、お買上 ⇒ １５分、又は３０分無料駐車時間のバリデーションスタンプを貰えたのですが、
最近 買い物額が＄３０を越えないと、１時間の無料駐車のバリデーションのスタンプしか、ありません！ そのバリデーションスタンプが無いと、＄３０以内の買い物で短時間でも、＄２払うことになります。
何故、そのようなシステムになったのか? 分かりません??

渋滞中、CivicをPriusに追突され、後方に大きなダメージを受けました。
当初、相手の保険会社は廃車で手続きを始めたのですが、
途中で両社のダメージの差があまりにも大きいことから、
バンパー以外のダメージはこの事故とは関係ないと結論づけ、
バンパー修理代として500ドル強のチェックが送られてきました。
（全修理の見積もりは6000ドル以上でした）
保険会社に再調査を依頼しましたが、
事故調査会社の調査結果もあの状況下でこのダメージは起こらないはずとのことで、
こちらの請求は却下されてしまいました。
私自身、あの程度の追突でこのダメージはどうしてなのかと思うのですが、
今回の事故で起こったダメージに間違いありません。
残された道はsmall claims courtだと言われましたが、
事故調査会社の報告書もあり、負け戦になるのではないかと憂慮しています。
細かい状況や写真なしでは、適格なアドバイスはいただけないかもしれませんが、
同じような経験をなさった人や車両事故に詳しい方のお話を伺えればと思います。
よろしくお願いいたします。

おっしゃるとおり、説明していない部分も理解していない部分もたくさんあると思います。
これまでfender bender以外しか経験したことがなく、
保険会社とトラブった経験もまったくなく、本当に無知だと思います。
事故の3日後にInfinityの人が私の留守にやってきて、
カーポートの車を調べ、
「車は廃車扱い、アジャスターと連絡をとれ」というメモを残しました。
（実は、事故の時にはバンパーはまだ車体についていたのですが、
ルースになってきて、娘と友達がはずしてしまいました。
事故車はそのままにしておかなければならないという基本的なことも
知らない無知さで、お恥ずかしいです。)
アジャスターに2か月留守にするので、
何かあったらeメールで連絡をとお願いして、日本へ行ってしまいました。
(その留守の間に、担当アジャスターが変わりました）
最終的な決定を伝える手紙には、
rear lamps, body & floor, quarter panel, trunk lidについては
保険は認められないと書かれていました。
理由は、"damages to these parts no related to the loss"です。
それで、現場で事故直後に撮った写真を
（ずれたバンパーのすきまから後部のダメージがわかる）提出して、
再調査を依頼した次第です。
同じ郵便に入っていた、私が「見積もり」と呼んだものは
InfinityのPre-Payment Reinspectionという部門が出したもので、
それぞれの部品やlabor代などが詳しく記載されています。
Estimate 6669.89からバンパー以外の修理費用が引かれ
$544.65という金額が出たもようです。
再調査についてはまた、後ほど書き込みます。

何度もすみません。自分で書いたものなのに、何が掲載されて何がホールドされているのかごちゃごちゃになってしまって。
リアランプ他の部分の修理見積もり額が引かれているのは”damages to these parts no related to the loss”という理由です。
それから、前の投稿に事故車ではないと書きましたが、私が買ってから二度、fender benderでバンパーを取り換えています。この時の修理が完全じゃなかったことも考えられますか?
