Vivinavi Los Angeles家賃の値上げ

個人が持っているコンドをレントしています。
今年の1月に約４％、家賃が上がりましたが、来年の1月から約７％、また上がります。
個人間の契約では、いくらでも値上げされても仕方ないのでしょうか？

家賃が多少あがっても家を購入して生活が縛られるよりは良いでしょう。
５００kの家を頭金２００ｋローン３００ｋで購入した場合
金利が１％上がると月の返済は数百ドル増えます。
来年からそれが年ごとに続きます。
もう金利は５％が目前。
賃貸で自由をキープしましょう。
払えなくなったら安いところに引っ越せばよいだけのことです。

家賃は治安の良いか悪い場所で家賃が高いか低いか決まるのでは。レントコントロールがありかないかはどうでもよいと思う。私の友人はレントコントロールの所で広いワンベッドルームに15年住んでいる。何と家賃は560ドル。いつも羨ましく思う。

こっちでお金貯めて、日本帰って、お金日本に移して家建てて老後暮らす方が、現実的なのかね
アメリカから日本にお金移す場合、また税金かかるのかね

かかりません、
自分名義のアメリカの銀行から本人名義の日本の銀行ではなにも問題ありません。
名義が違うと銀行から電話があり説明の必要があります。
また、３０００万円相当のドルの日本国内移動は日銀に報告がいきます。
報告がいってもなんの問題はありません、マネロンでなければ。。
いやなら３０００万円未満相当のドル送金を繰り返すだけです。
