個人が持っているコンドをレントしています。
今年の1月に約４％、家賃が上がりましたが、来年の1月から約７％、また上がります。
個人間の契約では、いくらでも値上げされても仕方ないのでしょうか？

アウシュヴィッツ強制収容所のようなとこだけど
「働けば自由になれる」「労働は人間を自由にする」「労働は自由への道」で
収容されている人のために働けば臭い飯にありつける。
非常に過酷な労働を強いられ使い捨てであり、シャワー室でさらばじゃ。

昨今、、家賃は毎年ではなく毎月あがります。
生活のためではなく生息のために働きます。

もうこの家賃高、物価高では、普通の給料じゃまともに食ってはいけまい。
ガソリンも他州と比べるとガロン５０セント以上も高い。
加州ではラーメン１杯がチップ込みで１５ドルほど、日本では７００円で食べられる。
加州ではゲットーのクソボロのコンドが４０万ドル以上、日本の地方都市には５００万円以下の物件がごろごろある。
日本だと給料は安いが、生活費が半分以下で済む。
