The Japanese person in charge at the accounting firm I have been using for my personal Tax Return for 7 years has quit, so I am planning to look for the next place.
I am still in the process of researching which one is reliable.
But I want to tell the existing accounting firm that I am terminating my continuance now.
I have completed all payments and such for 2022.
So they are going to write something called a Termination letter, but I haven't found the next place yet, so I'm having trouble figuring out how to tell them. I don't know the process.
Anyone with experience please tell me how to write a termination letter.

My child's preschool will be closed for two weeks or longer due to construction work that will suddenly start next Monday the 10th. We are in a bind because we are both working. I have one child and I quit my job and did home day care until he started preschool at 2 years old. I don't want to quit my current job for my second child, so I started taking care of him when he was 3-6 months old and am considering going back to work. Most preschools start at age 2, right?
