yelpは当てにならないよね。我々とは味覚の異なる人達が評価しているのだから。
日本人が美味しいと思えるラーメン屋さんはありますか？
健康に悪くても構いません、美味しければそれでいいのです。MSG?ノープロブレム！

Haru さん、
日本自体が「こってり」、「脂ギトギト」が今は主流のようですね。
御徒町駅そばのラーメン屋でも看板メニューのを食べましたが、
チャーシュー大盛とかで半分脂身の分厚いチャーシューが
全体を覆ってるのはいいが、食べ終わってみると脂身がしつこすぎて
美味しくは感じませんでした。

Marina Del Ray のラーメン屋では "Chuka Soba" と言うメニューがあるらしく、
アルファベットで書いてあることからさっぱりした醤油ラーメンのようですけど。

でも "Chuka Soba" という固有名詞も珍しいですよね。
