half of Toyota and Honda are gone, and with them their affiliates have had to downsize and relocate, so the number of residents continues to decline

Irvine is a beautiful city. No wonder the roads are all mangled Irvine is a beautiful city, 68% of the population has a college degree or higher, 90% white and 90% Asian, I really think it's a racial thing.

2971 Plaza Del Amo is a 5 minute walk from here, now for sale in a deserted town house
not for sale, you were right to sell 20 years ago and move to Irvine. Wilspn park is next door and this park is not so good either.
