I have a lot of tickets both in and out of state.
I have been ticketed for max speeding in my car out of state, negotiating speed discounts, the list goes on and on.
As it turns out, my license is suspended for 6 months. Traffic school is a waste of time to take because it is a series of violations, although the points will disappear if you have no violations for a year after your first violation.
The rules are slightly different in each city in each state, but basically the same.
You will have to go to the court with jurisdiction nearest you, but personal objections are inadmissible. Of course you can get a court-appointed attorney （ Japanese ） for free, but they are only interpreters, so you have no chance.
You can't withdraw a speeding ticket unless you can make up a reason for the family's urgency. Some lawyers seem to be able to turn black into white, but it is difficult to find one, including financially. The bottom line is that it's not a money-making case.
You can get a result in a few months at the earliest, but it is a suspension and a fine.
In my case, even though I was suspended, I was still driving because I have a life.
Even if you hire a lawyer, they will just take your money and give you a discount on the fine.
I know this is a harsh opinion, but it is reality.
