You'll get an hourly wage （ probably a minium ） even during training. I believe it starts out with no tip, and the % of the tip gradually increases according to your ability. This is usually decided by the head waitress.

The length of time depends on the store and your ability, so it is hard to say, but I think you can expect about 1 ～ 2 months. During the training （ you are not in the ） headcount unless there is something wrong with you, so you will get used to the store and your training will be over quickly if you try to spend as many days in the store as possible.

I think waitressing is much better than working in an office in a Japanese company. Waitresses are busy.

In an office, the ladies gossip, talk behind your back, and complain … It's an eternal loop. If I don't attend the wasteful gossip meetings, people say "she doesn't socialize well" or "she's so strange" lol.

Hello.

Our house is on the mountain side of the middle floor.

Convenience is perfect.
We don't mind the noise outside on weekends.
(We are a family of three, but no one is home during the day except on weekends, so we don't know how noisy the Renaissance is during the week.
So the barking of dogs in the elevator hall is very loud.
(Maybe because my house is right in front of the hall ？ )
No kidding, I would appreciate a little more discipline.

The neighbor also has a small dog, and the lanai window can't be opened because of the yapping (the owner is probably not home)
If it yaps for more than 3 hours, I call security, but it ends with a warning.

My previous apartment was also pet friendly, but never bothered me like this.

Parking in the building is fine, but
Friday evening traffic around the building is terrible.
I come home from Donki, but I have to wait about 3 times to turn right at the traffic light.
I heard a supermarket is going to open on the ground floor

Another nice thing is the guest room.

I had not imagined the problem of pet noises.
While I think it's good that we don't seem to be able to hear the floor above us or the neighbors,
the noise of pets so loud that we can't open the lanai （ and for so long ） would be very stressful.
