OCのHarbor blvdのTセントラルのすぐ近くに新しい日系スーパー(業務用スーパー？)が出来ましたね。
早速訪ねてみましたがお値段お手頃、お弁当から一通り色々揃っていて悪くないなと思いました。
レジから、冷蔵、冷凍庫、かごまで閉店したFresh and Easyのものを再利用しているのでかなり出店料を抑えられたことでしょう。
クリームパン以外のところの美味しいパンをお手頃価格で調達してほしかったですが、それは贅沢でしょうか。
皆さんはどう思いますか。
OCにニジヤもできてくれると便利なのですが～。

近いうちに設備を整えて提供するらしいと

これから人件費がどんどん高くなる中で、
わざわざ膨大な設備投資して、新規に小売業を展開するのもどうなんですかね？

安売りして数でこなせば採算が取れると思いますが。
安売りしないと安売りで数をこなす経営方針に分かれ
どちらが長い目で見れば成り立つでしょうか。

近くに住んでいる人には安売りはお買い得がありますが
１時間近くもドライブして買い物は行くのでは
近くのマーケットでセールしたときに買い物して済ませます。
