交通事故専門の弁護士（パーソナルインジュリー）は、プロパティダメージは普通はしないのでしょうか。
弁護士を雇ったと保険会社に伝えた時点で、保険会社は直接、本人と話ができなくなりますよね。
だから、リペアーショップとの交渉も弁護士の仕事のうちなのでは、と思うのですが、違うのでしょうか。（リペアーショップとの交渉は保険会社との交渉ともなるわけだし。というのもリペアーショップは、保険会社のＯＫがなければ何もできないから）

私も先月事故にあいましたが、プロパティダメージも弁護士さんがやってくれていますよ。
頼んでみてはどうでしょうか。
ただ、私の場合は廃車になってしまい、相手の非が１００％にもかかわらず、相手のcoverageの都合で現在のValueはFullに出ないと言われてしまいました。
保険会社からの紹介でのLawyerで、結構パキパキ仕事してくれるので、安心していたのですが、実際の損害補償価格がいくらなのか、そこから、彼のfeeがどのくらい引かれていくのか、、まったく分からずに私も不安です。。
アメリカの交通弁護士ってどの程度信頼できるものなんでしょうか。
私も教えて欲しいです！

そんなこと最初から調べずに雇ってしまって大丈夫っすか？１時間２５０ドルとかのチャージだったらどうするんすか？普通最初に報酬はいくらってサインしますよね？
