I go to Kapiolani Park a lot in the mornings, and I know, I feel like that couple is totally drooling.
There's also a boy in middle school or so, poor guy, raised by insane parents.

Why don't you just post something on a message board that exposes you and don't warn people on the spot ？
If you turn a blind eye to it, I feel you are just as bad as the rest of us.

The Japanese community in Hawaii is small, but
I feel it is more cowardly and insane to expose it here anonymously.

I walk my dog every morning and evening, and
I always warn such owners.
If I don't have a plastic bag, I give it to the owner.
I've noticed that people I've warned have immediately picked them up by mistake. As I said above, just be careful.
If they don't listen, just 911 them.

There is a local police phone number, not 911, so use that.
It will be a nuisance to people who really want to make an emergency 911 call.

I have lived in the US for 30 years.
If you call local police, they will not come immediately.

Your idea that it is a nuisance to call 911 is a strange idea, just like those who live in Japan.
I live in the US and there are no Americans like that.

This is America and we should 911 immediately.
Hawaii doesn't have 311, so the police always tell you to call 911 right away.
I call 911 immediately if I get in trouble.
I then make a police report on the spot.
It's very effective against people who have no common sense, even if they later have to go to court.

American police will only hear from the 'caller' who called 911.
They are not like Japanese police officers, who do not mediate problems.

The news presented by #12dudu is that a white woman was warned by a black man, she got upset and called 911.
This was picked up by the news as BLM.

As this news story shows, the white woman knew the police would only listen to the caller, and
took advantage of that to commit racism.
Normally, the police only interview the caller, so they don't know what they are doing.
At this time, New York was especially sensitive because of the Floyd case.
It was during this time that the police also checked the video of the black man.

Also, this incident happened in a NY State Park, so it is not under NYPD jurisdiction.
Since it is Park Ranger jurisdiction, the Sheriff has a different hearing process than the Police.

And the white woman was fired from her company for racism and false reporting.

You should never make a false report or report something to put someone down.
911ing illegal things is the straight and narrow thing to do in America.
