今度USCにアプライするのですが通ってる人や知ってる日といろいろ情報ください。ビジネスメジャーはどれくらいGPAいるのかな？ボランティアとかはやらないとだめなのかな？お金はあると入りやすいのかな？

みなさんどちらを選んでますか？
HMOはたいてい1回ごとに医者をVisitするときのCo-payが安いかわりに決まった医者にしかあえないし、自分の決まった医者からReferしてもらわないと専門医にはあえない。
PPOの場合そーいうのぬきで好きな医者にあえる。。。でも1回のCo-payは高い。それはわかっているのですが、実際にどっちかを持っている人で何か意見があれば教えてください。

BlueShieldは本当にBullShit。医者からも患者からも嫌われる保険会社。うちは会社の都合でBS使っているけれど、毎回電話、メール、手紙でネゴする羽目になっています。あ〜思い出すだけでもイライラする。

誰と争うの？結局どうなったんですか？？
なんかとっても不安になってきた。PPOでも問題はやっぱりあるってことよね。はあ。
昔もってたHMOはパシフィケアのやつ。よくなかった。。。
今回のはヘルスネットなんだな。
一様自分がかかりたい医者を調べてみたんだけど、HMOで新規はとってないとのこと。おい！ってかんじ。
なんだそれ。なんだよ、とらないって。もう本当アメリカの保険制度は嫌い。
でもYamさん、ポイントについての解説ありがとう。パンフをもう1回よむことにします。（とはいえ、このパンフが言ってることよくわからんかったりするのよね）それで電話かけるんだけど、話す人がかわるということもかわってややこしい。

結局、BlueShieldの出方次第でこちらも弁護士を用意するって返答したら、何も言ってこなかった。書き忘れたけど、保険にはOut-of-Pocket Limitというのがあって、その時のが$3000で、これは治療費の合計が、$3000までは自分で払うのですが、それ以上は保険会社が全部払ってくれると言うマキシマムの金額だったはずで、骨折ったときのはあと、$27000くらい保険会社が払うことになり、それを保険会社が払いたくないため圧力をかえようとしたのではないかなと思うんですよ。なにもおこらなかったけど。まぁ、アメリカの保険はいろいろ大変です。言える事は、保険持ってるからって、むやみに病院に行かない方が良いですよ。まえに皮膚科にいったのですが、ドクターはただ見ただけ、障りもしなく、薬の処方箋をだしてくれただけで、$250のBillがきました。はっきりいって、ドクターにあっただけで、かなりの請求がくるので、よほどのことがないかぎり病院なんか行かない方がいいですよ。又は日本の海外旅行保険に入ってから行くとかね。前に親に頼んで海外旅行保険にはいってもらって、それを送ってもらって病院に行った事があります。病院によく行く人だったら、こっちの方がいいですよ。
あと、ここでinsuranceの比較など出来ます。

ええー、それ信じられない。
だって、保険会社が払わないといけないのに、圧力かけてくるなんて。なんて汚い。。。でもそういえば友達が入っている保険がBlueShield。彼女もこないだ足の怪我で病院いったけど、支払いですごいもめて、結局彼女は自分で払ったっていってたっけ。。。
なんだかなあ。。。

保険ならPPOの方が断然いいと思うけど、色々なプランがあるからねえ。BlueShield やカイザーは使った事ないけど、良くないって聞いた事ある。ま、どんなプランにしてもないよりマシだと思う。普段健康な人でも病気とか怪我って、突然起こるものだから。私なんて、ちょうど１ヶ月くらい保険なしだった期間にひどい病気になって、保険なしでERに行ってとんでもなく高い治療費＆薬代を払った経験があるから、それからはたとえほんの少しの期間でも絶対保険を持つようにしているよ。その場合は自前で高くてもPPOのまともにカバーしてくれるプランを選ぶようにしてます。

色々あって今週末に彼にさよなら言うつもりです。今までもそんな状況はあったけどあと1歩がなかなか踏み出せなかった。それは大好きだったから。でも好きだけじゃだめなことも知ったの。きっとさよならを言ったらこんな弱い私からもさよならできる。そしたらこれでよかったんだって思えるよね。今は仲良しだよ。でももうついていけないって思っちゃったし、ケンカ別れするよりいい思い出を残して別れたいの。そんなの卑怯だと思いますか？

浮気は一種の精神病のようなものだから結婚する前に気がついてよかったね。私の友人のだんなは結婚前の交際中過去６年間に２００人ぐらいの女と浮気しており（結婚後もお盛んでしたが）それが結婚後すぐばれ裁判中です。男はみんな浮気すると思っていたけど浮気しない人は浮気しないから男を見る目をやしなって魅力的な人になろうね。

浮気って本当に卑劣な行為ですよね。でも実際私も浮気した事あります。傷ついて精神的に病んでしまってる時、若くてハメはずしてしまった時、その他もそれなりに理由があると思います。でももしも今あなたに彼氏、彼女、愛する人とがいるならば、みんな何が大切なのか、自分を信じてくれている人の事をもう一度よく考えて行動できたらいいですね。

皮膚科に行こうと思ってるんですけど、どなたかLAでいい皮膚科のお医者さん知ってる方いませんか？
保険が利いて、日本語が通じるところがいいです。
美容外科系のではなくて、皮膚の診断をしてくれるところを探しています。
電話帳で探すよりも、実際に口コミを聞いたほうが安心出来るので…。
よろしくお願いします。

先週に日本メデイカルの皮膚科の先生に診てもらって皮膚のかぶれがすぐ治りました。保険もきいてキャッシュレスでした。評判は悪いと聞いてたけど、皮膚科は毎週土曜日か水曜だけみてくれます。

どこに行くのか決めるのは自分だけど、色んな人の意見を聞いておいて損はしないと思う。
＃５，６さんの様な意見もあれば、反対に、大ブーイングしている人もいる、という事実は無視できない。
ここの「医者(病院)、情報交換しよう！」というトピックスを読めば、その先生に対して不信感や不満を持ってる人が多勢いるという事実も分かります。
私は、数人以上の人が不満をもらすような先生に、自分の体を委ねる気はしません。

CableTVは、地域によりますが、TV-Japanが見れます。もし、TV−Japanをサテライトで見たい場合は Dish-Networkで見れます。

DishとかDirectTvって結局ローカルチャンネルみるのに余分にお金がいるんだよね。。。うーん。ケーブルのほうがとくなのかな。

#7さん、Adelphiaの前は タイムワーナーのエリアに住んでました。DigitalCableとInternet両方を申し込んだら、$10ぐらいOffでした。
どのこCATVにも 色々プロモーションをしてます。それに時々、CATV会社からクーポンが送られてきます。それを活用する事も一つの手です。
