私の猫は少し変わっていて果物が大好きです。特にブドウ、マンゴー、パイナップルが大好物。そのほかにもオレンジ、メロン、スイカ、チェリーなどほぼ何でも食べます。果物の皮をむいている時点で走ってきておすそ分けされるのを待っています。果物は猫にとって健康的に害はないのでしょうか?ご存知の方がいましたら教えてください。

基本的に猫は肉食なので野菜や果物はあまり良くないと聞きました。特に柑橘系は体に良くないらしいです。
でもウンチもしっかりしていて下痢などしていないのなら問題ないんですかね?
果物は糖分が多いので糖尿病には気をつけたほうがいいですよ。猫ちゃんはすぐに太ってしまいますよね。

犬用の家庭の医学みたいな本（英語の本）が、本屋さんに売っているので、猫用のものもあるのではないでしょうか。この本に、食べさせてはいけないものがきちんと書かれていました。犬には、ブドウ（特に干しブドウ）がとても毒なのだと書かれてました。猫には、どうなんでしょうね。。
ちなみに、実家の猫はメロンを食べてたし、きゅうりが好きな猫の話も聞いたことあります。どちらも、長生きしてましたから、それらのものは、多分大丈夫なのでしょう。。。
とにかく、猫用の家庭の医学、一冊あるととても便利なので購入されることをお勧めします。
