西側の仕事と児童支援について

この度 日本からホノルル西側に引っ越すことになった3歳の娘をもつ母です。お友達も探しているのですが、幼児をもつ母が西側から近場又はホノルル辺りで仕事をするのは大変でしょうか？車はあります。 子供に日本語を覚えて欲しいので、あまり長時間は離れたくはないのですが、ハワイの児童の保育施設(西側)などどんな感じかお分りになられるかたいらしたら教えてもらえると嬉しいです。

西側は治安が悪いのでできればパールシティーらへんがいいと思います。
