CAの会社でH1-Bビザを最近サポートしてもらえることになったのですが、会社の方で料金も負担してくれるし弁護士もいるらしいのですが、日本人をサポートするのは初めての会社です。
弁護士さんによって無理な結果になる場合もあるのですか？（他の方のH1-Bビザに関する掲載を読んで思ったので）。
また、私は日本に現在住んでいます。今からのH1-Bビザの申し込みは4月1日かららしいですが、もしビザが下りたとしても10月1日までは就労許可がないのですか？会社側は出来るだけ早く来て仕事を始めて欲しいようなので、心配になっています。ビザに関して今から勉強しようと思っているので、ご存知の方教えて下さい。

弁護士によって無理な結果になるのではなく、会社の規模や経営状態、あなたの４大のときのメジャーが仕事のタイトルと合っているかなどで却下されるのです。弁護士の力ではこれはどうにもなりませんからね。ビザが下りても１０月１日からしか働けません。
