おいしいチャーハン作りたいんで、いろいろ見てみたらチャーハンはラードと鉄なべで作るといいって書いてありました。
でも、ラードってどこで売ってるの？見たことない。。です。
だれか知ってたらおしえてくださーい！あと、みなさんはどんなチャーハン作ってますか？？

ラードは豚脂ですよ。白くて固まった油。ラーメンのスープにもよく入ってますよね。風味がいいんですかね？
ラードは普通のグロッサリーストアーにありますよ。Criscoのだとブルーの円筒状の入れ物で売られてます。
うちは手抜き料理がチャーハンですので参考になるかな？定番はSpamチャーハン！（笑
