Vivinavi Los Angelesこれって不法滞在ですか？

私は今ＯＰＴで働いてます。去年の１０月に仕事の関係で日本に１０日間ほど帰国してこちらに戻って来ました。その際にＩ−２０を所持していないという理由で別室に連れて行かれ、Ｉ−５１５Ａという書類を渡され入国することができました。３０日以内に移民局にオリジナルのＩ−２０を送ることを条件に入国を許可されたのです。入国後すぐにカレッジに行きアドバイザーに今の私の状況を話しすぐに手続きを取り移民局から私の元にＩ−２０を送ってもらう約束をしました。通常オリジナルのＩ−２０はＯＰＴカードと共に送付されることになっていたのですが、送られてこなかったので未だに移民局が持っているということになると思います。しかしいくら待ってもＩ−２０は私の手元には届きません。その３０日以内という猶予期間も過ぎてしまいました。今年の２月にＯＰＴの期間が終了するので３月には帰国を考えてます。もしこのままの状態で帰国したら、次にアメリカに入国しようとしたら入国拒否を受けてしまうのでしょうか？観光ビザでの入国は可能なのでしょうか？今の私のこの状況は不法滞在とされてしまうのでしょうか？アドバイスお願いします。

ってどう言うことでしょうか。Ｉ−２０は学校が発行するものでしょう？？？私はOPTをアプライする時に学校から新しいＩ−２０を受け取りましたけど。もしかしてオリジナルのＩ−２０をOPTのアプリケーションと一緒に送ってしまったんじゃないですか？OPTを申込む時に必要なのはＩ−２０のコピーですよ。現在有効なＩ−２０が手元にない＝合法ではない。だと思うんですけどどうでしょう？

私は卒業し、OPTが始まったばかりですが、卒業前にアドバイザーに会った時、アドバイザーから半年に１度、I−20をupdateしないといけないと言われました。INSのルールはしょっちゅう変わります。カレッジに言って状況を話し、アドバイザーの意見が聞くのが一番です。
