海の家は本当どうやったら開けるんでしょう？とても興味があります。私もぜひ日本でやりたいのですが、どなたか詳しいかたはいませんか？とりあえず私のしっていることは砂浜の組合で権利を買わないといけないみたいですよ。

いか焼きとか焼きそばなんかも定番だよね。とにかくじゅ〜じゅ〜音がして匂いが漂う物の方が客を寄せ付けやすいよね。

私の知人の日本人が借りてオープンしてましたので聞いてみました。
Cityの土地でそこから借りるケースでやっていましたとの事でした。あき区画が出たら広報されるとの事でその場所で何をするのかを企画書の形でコンペします。
それまでにビジネスライセンスなども取得していて実際に経験がないとなかなかコンペは通らないとも言っていました。
その区域によっても違うと思いますので、まずはそのビーチ沿いのお店に詳細を聞かれてみてはいかがですか？
