ハワイカイの1bed room コンドがボッタクリだ！とコメントしたらこう言うコメントを頂けました。皆様どう思われますか？
コメントどうも有難うございます。同じ不動産業の方からのコメントでしょうか? 3ベッドのコンドが$3,000.00、新築の2ベッドが$2,650.00で借りれる、とういうのはどのSauceからでしょうか。現状、貸し出し広告で掲載されている賃料や築年数は我々不動産業者にとって値付けの根拠になりません。また、上記の3ベッドまた2ベッドの寸法あるいは寸法単価は? 階数は? 利用できるアメニティの内容は? パーキング数は? それらも比較対象になりますが、当社が広告している物件のコンドミニアムの内容を良くご存知でしょうか?
以下、広告している物件と同じコンドミニアムの1ベッドと2ベッドの過去半年の成約内容です。

家賃の根拠になるのは、成約された物件の記録が1番信憑性があります。そこに改装具合や家具の有無などでさらに付加価値が付くかとおもいますが、如何でしょうか。さらには家賃交渉の可能性も考えて、の広告値段ですが。

一般人には到底無理ですね。しかしながら、不動産屋も段々こんな不当な賃料を提示してくるんですね。一部のお金もちがこの物価高騰を招いているとニュースで言ってましたが
