私は雇用主がスポンサーで現在グリーンカードを申請中です。最近Employment Authorization Cardが来て、バイオメトリクスにも行ってきました。
それで雇用主がスポンサーの場合のグリーンカード申請の面接内容がどんな感じなのか知っている方がいれば情報が欲しいです。
結婚の場合の面接内容は良く聞きます。周りの友達が結婚しているので。
知っている方宜しくお願い致します。

スポンサーさえ見つかれば今は２年で日本人は取れるよ。
昔みたいに待ち時間もないしね。
イミグレが暇なんだよ。
書類を全部ほぼオンタイムでさばいてるんだから。

だから〜#6は、大学院以上か特殊技能があれば取れるって言ってるの。
日本人だからっていう考え方もどうだろうか？ 平等だろ。
イミグレも一昔前より中国、インド、ベトナムからの対応で忙しいし、トランプ政策で不法滞在者の対応で忙しい。
技能が必要ない職種ではもう無理だ。レストランでは無理だろう。
アメリカ人ファーストだからなおさらだろ。
