J-1から学生VISAへのトランスファーは難しいと聞いたのですが、実際にトランスファーした方、知り合いがしたなど情報ありましたら教えてください！

米国政府のＪ１ビザ情報の公式サイトが昨年あたりから日本語になりましたよね?ご存知です?（ご存知だとして）、あそこまでになるとほとんど日本の区役所で住民票をとるようなレベルだと思うのですが、それでも代行業者に頼む理由ってなんだろか、って思うんですよね～
