一番良いのはロシア領事館への問い合わせかと思いますが、何分にもテロが多い時期なので教えてくれるかどうか?
彼らが多く住むであろうエリアはWEST HOLLYWOODかWEST LA辺りかと想像されるので、その辺りのコーヒーショップにでも行ってみて聞いたらば分かるかも知れませんよ。
ロシア系人の多くはユダヤ系が多いかもですのでFAIRFAXエリアにでも行くのもアイデアかと思いますが。
