便乗させていただきます。
私もIE使っているのですが、急にスクリーンの上部にOfficeのタスクバーみたいなものが現れるようになりました。
そこからファイルを開いたりもできるようで便利といえば便利なのですが、常に上部にあり、ネットをしている時なども邪魔をするんです。
たとえば、終了『×』や最小化などのボタンが押せなくなるのですが・・・
