All Hawaii residents age 12 and above are eligible for the COVID-19 vaccine. The vaccine is not available for children age 11 and younger. However, more studies are underway and being reviewed to safely expand the eligibility for the vaccine. There are rumors that tourists could also take the test, but the requirements differ from place to place. Some places are very thorough, checking driver's licenses and health insurance cards, while others do not.
