Vivinavi Los Angeles交通渋滞ってそんなにヒドイの？

ＬＡは交通渋滞がひどいって聞いたのですが、朝と夕方だけで時間をづらせば平気なんでしょうか？ＵＣＬＡに通うのにトーランスから通うの予定なので（ちょっとむりかなぁ？）４０５を通らずにうまく迂回する方法あるいは、よいルートがあれば教えてください！

Sepulveda Blvd.がいいのでは？
特に、Fox Hillsから先は、I-405とほぼ平行して走ってますので、
I-405の流れ次第でI-405に乗るのもいいかも。

Sepulvedahaは私が運が悪かっただけかもしれませんがいつ通っても混んでいて困りました。時間をずらせば渋滞も少しは避けれると思います。

渋滞はしょうがないと思いますよ！遊びに行くなら時間ずらせばいいけど、学校なら決められた時間にいかなくてはいけないですよね？
多少家賃はあがりますがWestLAに住んだ方がいいですよ。
渋滞で往復2時間かかるなら、W.LAに住んで、毎日2時間有意義に（バイト、勉強、遊びなど）過ごせばどうかな？

Torranceからだと405で途中まではスムーズに行けると思うんですが、たぶん空港近くから混み始めますよね。時間によって多少の違いはあっても、渋滞は避けられないと思います。
Sepulvedaも途中が混みやすいと思います。
UCSLのパーキングがいつも確実に簡単に止められるのならば、時間ぎりぎりに着いても大丈夫でしょうが、もし混み混みならば、早めに行かなくてはならないですよね。
そうなると、出来るならばWest LAに住んだ方が良いと思います。
あの渋滞は本当に嫌になりますもん。
