ダウンタウンにある、問屋街と言われるファッションディストリクトですが、ビジネスライセンスとかなくても、Wholesaleで売ってくれるんですか？やっぱり、ビジネスライセンスとか必要？？

私はSANTEE(スペル違うかも）近辺の洋服屋しか知りませんが一般の人が買える店とWHOLE SALEの店とは別れています。(店の前にWHOLE SALE ONLYと書かれてます）
WHOLE SALEの店ではライセンスは必要ありませんが同じ服を何枚以上買わなくちゃいけないとかあるみたいです。
日本から買い付けに来た私の友達は同じ服は何枚も買えないけど、その分まとめて何百ドルだったか何千ドルだったか買うからと交渉してOKだったようです。週末になるとWHOLE SALEの店でも一般の人に売ってくれる店もあると聞いた事がありますが定かではありません。何を買うかによってストリートが違ってくるので調べてから行った方がいいと思います。５時ぐらいになってみせが閉まる頃になるといきなりやばい雰囲気になるのでその前に買い物を済ませさっさと帰ったほうがいいです。私の友達は駐車代をけちって無人の駐車場に駐車したため車の窓ガラスを割られ中の物を盗まれたので気をつけて下さい。

ほとんどのお店は、土曜日に行けば、一般のお客さんに対してＯＰＥＮしていますよ。
だけど、土曜日でも駄目なところもあります。そーいうところには、２さんが書いているように、Whole sale onlyと書いてるのでわかります。
あと、ファッションディストリクトの簡単な地図を送ってもらうことも可能です。（ＵＳ内無料）
また、オンラインでどの店がＷｈｏｌｅｓａｌｅオンリーなのかとかチェックすることも可能です。詳しくは、ファッションディストリクトのＷＥＢを見てください。
行かれる時間ですが、午前中からをおすすめします。私は９時過ぎにはつくようにして、２−３時でひきあげます。９時過ぎについても結構駐車場一杯です。
