あたしは今日本人オーナーの経営するレストランでウエイトレスをしています。Tip総額をオーナーが計算してTipがもらえます。 総額からのパーセンテージがかなり低いと思うのですが・・・。
ウエイトレスをされている皆様は一体どのくらいもらってるのでしょうか？

自分のトコは８０％をウェイターの人数で割って山分け。ちなみに、オーナーも店に出てるんだけど、チップもってく。それって、アリなのか？

８０％ですかぁ・・・ちょっとうらやましい。
お店の人間はチップとらないと聞いたんですけど、雇われオーナーみたいな人たまにいるでしょ？！そういう人はどうなんでしょうね？
