コーヒー好きな人、男女年齢問わず交流しましょう。
お気に入りのカフェ、
お気に入りの豆、
など何でもいいです。
最近僕はお気に入りのカフェに通いつつ、生豆を買って自家焙煎してます。
コーヒーって奥が深く、豆の種類、焙煎度、グラインド度合、お湯の温度、入れ方、コーヒーカップすべてで味が変わってきます。
コーヒーって人それぞれの好みの味があると思うので、その辺のこだわりや、一つの答えにこだわらず、お互いの情報交換できればいいと思います。
