Vivinavi Los Angeles詐欺にあいました。

恥ずかしながら、詐欺にあいました。それも同じ日本人です。ただ今、シングルマザーです。家の改装をある日本人50後半から60過ぎの男性に頼んだところ、水増し請求をされ金額がかなりびっくりする金額なので、業者に調べさせたところ以前から水増しされていることが判明し、かなりショックです。
同じ、日本人同士本来なら助け合わなくてはいけないのにとても残念で悲しいです。でも、騙された私が悪いのでしょう。私だけならともかく、調べていくと他にも女性ばかり被害者がいるとのこと。そして、最終段階になるとこの男性訴えを起してくるのです。皆さん気を付けて下さい。Mitsuwaやスターバックスによく昼間からいてやたらそ親しげに女性に話かけて来て、口がうまいのでそんなふうには見えなかったのですが、二言目には、自分は金持ちだといいます。

家の改築などは 州の建築許可を 所持する業者であれば その様な事は無いと思います。許可証なく工事をしていれば ５００ドルまでは 支払う義務有りますが それ以上は ありません。例えば ２万ドルの 工事でも １９５００ドルは払う事ありません。これがＣａの ライセンスの 法律です。もしも 許可証を 持っていたら、ＷＷＷ．ＣＳＬＢ.ＣＯＭ．に レポートすれば、何らかの 処分が 科せられるでしょう。心配しないで！！、彼が訴えを 起こす事は 出来ません。

素朴な疑問ですが、最初に見積りを出してもらいましたよね？それから、最終的な請求書での金額が、見積りの金額とかなり違っていたのですか？もし、どう考えても不当なら、何か手を打ったほうがいいと思いますが、難しいですか？
