ロスにきて、半年なんですが、髪の痛みがひどくてひどくて・・・。日本に居た時みたいに、カラーやパーマはしてないのにぃぃ・・・・。やっぱり強い日差しと乾燥のせい？！日本に居る時と同じシャンプー使ってるのに、何だかパサパサするし、フケとかもでる気がします…。何か、いいケア方法、とかシャンプーとかあったら、教えて下さい!!よろしくお願いします☆☆

それは水が硬水だからじゃないんでしょうか？日本は確か軟水なんですよ。恐らくシャンプーやトリートメントをサロン専売のいい物にしたとしても水をどうにかしなければ根本の解決にはならないかもしれません。
私も渡米後、約１ヶ月で髪がバキバキになってしまいました。これはマズイと思い、ここ数年シャンプーもトリートメントもカラーもすべて日本で行きつけだった美容室から取り寄せていますが、それでもバキバキが少しマシになったかなという程度。ロングのうえにカラーしているから余計に気になるとは思うんですけれどね。
話によると硬水を軟水よりにするものが売っているそうです。商品名よくわからないんですけれど、シャワーヘッドに取り付けられるもののようです。商品名を聞くなり、調べるなりして、近いうちに私はそれを購入しようと思っています。
