ガーデナにある築地ぅていうお寿司屋さん、以前はうに丼が有名だったけど、最近オーナーが韓国人に変わったって噂を聞きました。本当ですか？あと、うに丼や海鮮丼などのランチメニューも健在なんでしょうか？値段と味など、情報をお持ちの方、ぜひ教えてください！

本当です 変わってからランチへ一度行きましたが、うに丼、いくら丼などちゃんとありました。

オーナーは変わりました。韓国人ではありませんが。以前のオナーがうにの
卸業をしていた方で今も確かにどんぶり物もありますが、以前とは内容が全く違うものになってしまって。サウスベイで唯一好きだったすし屋がなくなったので、自分もがっかりしてます。
腕の良い板さんも三人いたのですが
全員いなくなってしまいました、一人はサンセットの刀っていうアメ人向けの串焼き屋で創作料理やっているみたいですが、彼はあそこで楽しくやっているのかなー！？

みちくんなんちゃってさん、レスどうもありがとう。丼系はまだあるけど、内容が変わったとは、以前のようにボリュームもあり、美味しく安いってことではなくなったって事なのかな…
板さんも、全員変わったんですね。
ちなみに今の板さんも日本人ですか？

板さんが言ってましたが新しいオーナーは人件費かけないで店やりたいんだと。よって板さんのランクは思いっきり落ちました。
あそこの店の夜に出てくるナスの浅ずけがまじに美味しかったな。魚も前は日本からのものが大半だったのに。
店の名前は一緒でも板さん変わると全く別の店！！店名も変えろって！！！
