As the subject.
The project is so irresponsible that it is still $ 3 BILLION （ about 320 Billion yen ） under budget, but this project was contracted from its inception so that no one would be held responsible for any delays or budget increases, making it a very lucrative business for the related contractors. This is a very lucrative business for the related companies. The first plan was to have Hawaii's high-speed rail fully open by 2020, but now the full opening of the 21 stations from East Kapolei to Ala Moana Center is expected to be delayed to 2031, and the project is now in a state of "can-do" scam.
Lori ・ Kahikina, who was appointed CEO on an interim basis, says that federal funding to date has included a section to "Ala Moana Center Station" and that if this is revoked, federal funding may not be available in the future, but the original However, the CEO's comment is far from common sense, as it is a man-made disaster caused by sloppy planning. （ Typical comment of avoiding responsibility ）
Under the severe financial situation of Honolulu, the city of Honolulu has been paying hundreds of millions of blood tax every month to builders, and no one has been arrested even though collusion and bribes are rampant in this project
The luxury condominium complex in the Kakaako area was described in the brochure as "the station will be right in front of it. ！ ！ Isn't it strange ？ that they assume that the railroad will come as part of the wealthy's money-making scheme? If it's not done, real estate values will plummet, so you're just trying
to get it built, no matter what. Let's all speak up to stop this ridiculous project ！ ！.

Manu Coffee has installed a coffee bean vending machine in Chuo-ku, Fukuoka City.
They have filters, mills, mugs, and gift boxes of scones and cookies. There are more vending machines and unattended stores in Corona.

Last year it was cancelled, but they are going to hold it next February.
They are going to merge it with "Biwako Mainichi Marathon" this time and reduce the number of runners.

They have an app that shows the congestion on the Tokyo Metro.
I like this kind of thing because I want to avoid crowds in Corona.

I can't imagine it being worth 170 million yen ！
I wonder if the game will increase in value if you keep it forever like an antique.

They are banning ornamental lawns to combat water shortages.
It seems that more desert-oriented landscaping design will help save water.
