There are no cheap places like in Japan.
Even if there is a relatively cheap place, you have to pay TIP here, so it will not be like in Japan.
Even in the cheapest place, the price for a cut ＄ is 80-80~, and for color ＄ 100~ is the minimum ｡ + 18-25% TIP, total ＄ is more than 200, even in the cheapest place. Most of the time you should pay at least 20% TIP.　Now that prices are going up, TIP rates go up too.　If you go there every month to get your hair dyed gray, you might as well buy a commercial one and do it yourself.　
Or better yet, bleach it and color it the same color as your gray hair ？ You are still young.

I recently had a lump on my skin and had it removed.
I first went to my family doctor, who wrote me a referral letter, and then I went to a surgeon and had it removed in his office. The surgeon I was referred to also happened to be Japanese, but if you have insurance in Hawaii, I think you can get an interpreter for free, so I suggest you ask for one when you make your appointment.

First is my home doctor.
My home doctor is a dermatologist and does simple surgical procedures. I once had a large powdery mass on my back, first I had to remove the pus and make it a little smaller, then I had an incision, but I did it in my home doctor's treatment room.

One of my two daughters had to go to ESL because she was behind in English, but she gradually caught up and went to graduate school without any problems in English and is now working and employed.

The other daughter was very social and made many friends quickly and had no problems with her English.

She also attended a Japanese language school until early elementary school, but gave up halfway through due to the amount of homework she had to do and her academic ability that she could not keep up with.

Even so, I am glad I taught her Japanese because she has no problems with conversation and enjoys talking with her grandparents and cousins in Japan.

I still speak Japanese at home and my sisters also speak Japanese.

If you return to Japan and go back to Japanese school, it is necessary to focus on Japanese, but if you live in Japan permanently, it would be better if you can speak Japanese ？.
