飲食店を一から作られて、開店させた方に質問です。費用のほうは大体おいくらかかりましたか？もう何もないような物件で、フードのダクトやらキッチンの設備、その他のものなどすべて含めていくらくらいかかりましたか？また、一から作ってめっちゃ安くできたぞ！みたいな人はいませんか？

wrexは実際に作ったやつに聞いてるだろ。＃２が開店させたんならお前のとこの規模をいうだけでいい。業種とかwrexに聞くことじゃないと思うが。

費用とかもさることながら、検査とか認可が時間かかるようなこと聞いたことがありますね。

認可は半年ほどかかる、少なくとも。その間営業できねぇから金ねぇなら飲食は無理だ。

オイラは飲食点ではないが、一から店開くのに仕入れからリース、内装諸々で10万ドルでも足りなかったな！
教訓、三年間赤字でも大丈夫なくらいの余裕がないとマジにキツイ！
そうだね、飲食点の場合は許可の点もあるから、それまで無収入でもリース代を払う余裕も必要だね！

私の店は３６００SQFTで３８万ドル。機材は全て揃ってしました。
でもやるお店によって値段は違うと思います。店を探すにあたっていろいろ見てまわったので少しだったら質問に答えられるけど規模をいうだけでいいとか変なこと言ってるのがいるみたいだからこれにて失礼します。
