I recommend Worksite Labs, which I use all the time, for a plan that emails me a negative certificate in the format specified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs within 24 hours ＄ 90. There are faster and more expensive plans available, but I think this is sufficient. even though the service is within 24 hours, I have received my certificates within half a day twice in the past. The SF Downtown site I use is very convenient and has a parking garage as well. There is also a site in San Jose. I returned to Japan on April 28 and was able to enter the country as usual with this certificate. I think this is a rule specific to Japan, but as of April 25, "Antigen and RT-PCR are different test types. I do not believe Japan accepts antigen testing. I think RT-PCR testing would be safer.
