こんにちは、1年ほど前にMedicalで出産たすみれといいます。産まれた息子は引き続き使えるのですが申請してもいない主人のカードも来てしまい聞こうと思っても人によって言う事が違うので混乱しています。
Medical を使っていらっしゃる方、色々情報交換しませんか？？

情報ありがとうございます。私の子供は成人して、失業中の夫がいます。一時は高給取りだったのですが．．．。子供が遠くで働いて保険があるので、共同名義にして保険料を払ってあげると言われたのですが、子供にお金の迷惑をかけたくないのです。自分のことは自分でやらないときりが無くなります。迷惑をかけるのは、人生の最後あたりだけにしたいです。

私も子供がMedi-Calに入っています。その後、私たち夫婦を申請したのですが、当時は通りませんでした。そろそろ再度申請しようと思っています。日本で開けたユニオンバンクの口座があることが、ダメの理由で、”日本にいくら財産があるのか分からない”からだそうでした。その口座も閉じましたから、再度アプライをしてみようと思います。渡米１年になりますが、やはり保険が無いのは不安です。会社雇用ならいいのですがね。。。なんせ、申請、審査基準が異なりますが、子供と大人と両方あり、男親はだめ、ということは無いです。

#5さん、遅くなりましたー。もし入られるならhealth departmentにTELしてみては？私は妊娠中に病院で申請しました。書類さえちゃんと揃えば通ると思います。でも審査する人にもよると思いますが・・・。だめでもケアアントレ1家族69ドルって言うのもありますよ。でも通ったらかなり助かります。私も旦那の稼ぎはいまいちなので
ほんっとにきつきつの生活です・・・
＃７さん、そこまで調べるのですね。知らなかった！大人用があるのですね。ところでMEDICAL使ってる事はイミグレにばれるのかなぁ?
誰かご存知ですか?

私たちもグリーンカードではmedi-calはいけないのではないかと思い、イミグレにばれたいけないのでは、と思いましたが、medi-calのｵﾌｨｻｰいわく、関係ないそうです。welfear（スペルが自信ありません。生活保護の事）は確実ではないが、もしかすると良くないかもしれない。とはｵﾌｨｻｰから言われました。
すみよさんがばれると。。とご心配なのは私たちと同じ理由なのかな？とふと今思いました。違う理由なら役に立たない事を書いて失礼いたしました。

ありがとうございます。来月グリーンカードの面接でばれるのかなーって思ってたけど大丈夫みたいですね♪ウェルフェアーまではばれそうな・・・。
でも税金払ってんだから恥ずかしいとか関係なく使ってやれーっていう考えなのでいつかやってみようと思います。

日本語DSLが使える貴重な場所でしたが、そうですか、閉店ですか。淋しいぁ。抹茶ラテが好きでした。カレーやオニギリもよくいただきました。お店の皆さんもみんな気さくで楽しくて、新しい出会いもたくさんあって、のんびりできてアートもあって、好きな場所だったんですがね。結構流行ってるように思ってましたが、残念です。
閉店パーティ−、行けなくってゴメンナサイ。

どなたかOCで良い歯科医を知りませんか？歯の保険は持ってないのですが
食べ物が当たるとなんか鈍い痛みがあり
虫歯じゃないかと疑ってます。歯医者は当たり外れが多いと聞きます。どなたかOCで良い歯科医を知ってたら教えて下さい。

OC,Irvineの柳歯科は良いと思いますよ。
私は親知らず抜いたけど、上手でした。
あと奥歯と前歯もやってもらいました。
保険は勿論ききません。
やっぱり高いですよね〜 こっちの歯医者！
現金あるいはチェックで払うと10パーセント引きだったかな？
なんかウガイも診察台では出来ないっていう歯医者も結構あるんですってね。
日本で外れも結構あったけど、日本のと比べても良いと思いますよー。

ｋさんって、とにかくやめといて。必要も無い治療を押し付けて、治療後も歯茎を間違って切られ痛かったです。治療を断ってもしつこくて、いい加減にして！。もう思い出したくないです。

アメリカで籍を入れたという方に是非、お聞きしたい事があります。
私は日本人の旦那とアメリカ＆日本籍を数年前に入れました。日本の籍は旧姓から新姓へ変更しましたが、アメリカ籍では旧姓のまま変更しておりません。
旧姓のままで何かこれから問題などありますか？皆さんは新姓（旦那さんのみよじ）へ変更されましたか？また変更の際のプロセスを教えてくだされば,幸いです。

皆さんのレスを拝見し、私は子供もいるので、苗字を旦那の姓に変えていく方向で考えています。
そこで、ミドルネームに旧姓を入れる。もしくは、ラストネームに旦那の姓のみ。という選択がありますが、ミドルネームに旧姓の方が、良いのでしょうか？
まず、DMV−SSNーGC−BANK−CREDIDCARD等へ変更届けをするようですね。うわー気が遠くなるような作業ですね。

グリーンカードの名変更は、どうやってされましたか？どこへ出向けばいいのでしょうか？
無知で大変申し訳ありませんが、是非よろしくお願いします。

グリーンカードの名変更はネットでできますよ。まずネットで書類提出してからINSのオフィスにアポとって顔写真と指紋を取り直します。

ころころさん、ミドルネームに旧姓をいれるか、ラストネームに旦那の姓のみかどちらかというのであれば、好みだと思いますよ。
自分の苗字に愛着があって、完全になくなってしまうのが嫌だというのであれば、ミドルネームにいれるのが良いと思います。

来月旅行に行くのですが、その期間と生理が重なってしまいます。日本では産婦人科で生理を遅らせるピルをくれるそうですが、こっちではどうやったら手に入りますか？やっぱり病院で問診を受けなくてはいけないのでしょうか？

私も薬局で遅らせる薬を買おうとしましたが、アメリカでは遅らせる薬は違法なそうです。胎児に影響があったら、訴えられたりもしますしね。それで、ドクターに行って生理痛の薬を処方してもらいました。２０年以上前は遅らせる薬を医者からもらいましたけど、今は違法です。
