I am currently in Japan and will return to Hawaii in a few days.
So I am making a list of items to purchase for customs when I enter the country.

However, when I returned to Hawaii last June and this January,
- Before entering the immigration area, I was briefly questioned about the items I was bringing
- Lined up in the GC lane
- Immigration officer asked me if I had anything to declare ？ and I answered truthfully
- After picking up your luggage, you are not asked anything at the customs gate and walk out of the airport
and
there was nowhere to formalize customs declaration.

On board the plane, there was a broadcast that customs declarations would be made at the kiosks, but
GC did not have the opportunity to do so as they were directly in line at the immigration lanes.

I kind of wonder if the actual operation is a spot check at the
customs gate rather than collecting customs declarations from everyone.

I will be well prepared, but I am wondering if this is how it is going to be for this entry

The other day my skin was red and swollen and the slightest irritation caused severe pain.
I have several small bumps.
This time I thought the bumps must have festered and decided to go to the hospital.
I saw on the internet that the doctor's appointment was 2 weeks later or if it's urgent, go to urgent care.　My insurance is Kaiser.

After 2 days of observation, I called the hospital's phone counseling service for the pain that did not go away. A nurse answered, and the nurse who answered the phone made an urgent appointment with a doctor for 3 days later.
If it had been online, I would have had to wait 2 weeks. Tears

5 days after the onset of pain, doctor appointment date.
The pain seems to have subsided a little, but it still hurts when I dare to touch it. I told this to the doctor and asked him to take a look at it, and he said it was a buried hair that had festered.
He said the pain was caused by an abscess near the nerve.

I shave the hair and it burrows. He says, I didn't shave the hair, and he says the partial bald spot is festering, but I say it's buried hair.

Well, buried hair is fine, but all I got that day was a diagnosis and a prescription for antibiotics.

I say it's a swollen mass, but she says it's atheroma ？ atheroma ？ I say a lot of things, but she says she doesn't know ？ what that is ！ she says it's a misinterpretation.　
Pronounced badly ？ and the home doctor looks like he doesn't know when I show him the internet.
And he says I'll give you antibiotics for the inflammation of the buried hairs and you can take them and I'll pull them out when the pain goes away.

It's been 7 days since I took the antibiotics. Even after taking all the antibiotics, it still hurts a little. My parents also had a powdery sore that festered and was removed by a dermatologist, but my home doctor said mine will be taken care of. I want a referral to a dermatologist or surgeon, but they say it's me. 。。。。 I wonder if that's their specialty.

and my next appointment is just an x-ray ？ echo ？ or something, 12 days after the pain occurred. I'm like, when the hell am I going to get the next one out?

I would prefer insurance that will see me anywhere.　Kaiser.... I've heard that emergency room is the best option.
First aid is an extra charge of several hundred dollars.　I think I was told that I should be able to pay for it. 。。。。

We recently moved to Hawaii.
My 5 year old daughter will be enrolled in Kindergarten this fall.
In Japan, she attended English conversation lessons once a week but speaks very little English.
In this case, would it be better to send her to a school with ESL? ？ I was thinking that since she is still in kindergarten, it may not be necessary, but I would appreciate your advice since there are no other people around who are in a similar environment.
