Cheating a non-Japanese out of a Japanese passport is the same as cheating a non-US citizen out of a US passport. Since there are crooks who cheat Japanese passport without being Japanese, I guess they cheat American passport with lie and fabrication too.

There are many countries in Southeast Asia that do not require a visa with a Japanese passport. However, there are a few countries in Southeast Asia that require visas with an American passport, such as Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, etc.

You can't get an American passport without citizenship.
It's a different dimension from the passport you originally had and maintained with Japanese citizenship. You can't be trusted because you keep saying random things.

These days, everything is recorded in the IC chip in the passport, so I think the IC chip history will tell us that the Topix just came from the US.
